We had great service from the hotel staff. The breakfast was nice with a good selection. The fire place running added a cozy touch. Great location to zoo, mall and places to eat. The room did have some stains on carpet, walls and couch. The tile floor in the bathroom was cracked/broken. They were dealing with some construction and updates during our stay.

Front desk person was very helpful & did a wonderful job. The property was very clean & comfortable. I was awoken at 8am to what sounded like construction going on the floor above me. But overall I enjoyed my stay.
