Upon arrival the desk clerk seemed unfriendly but warmed up as she checked me in - my first impression was totally wrong. She was concerned that we would be on the second floor with no elevator and quickly offered to change that. I said as long as we are on the back side of the building it didn’t matter. She accommodated us. It went downhill once we got in the room. Loose toilet seat, broken window with tape on the glass to hold it together, a tv that had to be touched to turn on or off (remote could only change channels or volume), the bottle of conditioner that was half full and a couple roaches that were disquieting. The bed sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress and the bed was so tall you almost had to jump up to reach it! As sweet and helpful as the staff were, it was hard to overcome the condition of the room. Great price but you give up a lot for the savings!

This hotel is very tired and needs some updates. Furniture is grimy. Bathroom toilet seat was broken. Pancake machine didn’t work. The staff is very friendly.

Quiet and clean
The room was nice, a little dated but comfortable bed. The breakfast was disappointing, no hot foods at all. I wanted porridge but no microwave to cook it with. Anyway staff was friendly and it was quiet so a great hotel for one night on the road to our Florida destination.

Older motel that has had recent refurbishing. Lobby nice. Vinyl plank flooring in place of carpet. Consequently, could hear through the walls more than most motels. Staff was great. For the price was adequate. It was clean.
