All workers on the property were accommodating and friendly. The property is a little worn out and could use updating. The suites are very very small and not worth the price.

The hotel is undergoing renovation. The toilet would not flush. The room smelled like it had just been painted. Disappointing. If I had known they were renovating I would have stayed at another hotel. Unfortunately, I have to stay there again because I have another business trip and booked the hotel for both trips. Totally disappointed.

I LOVED THIS HOTEL!

Pros: nice pool area
I NORMALLY STAY AT HIGHER END HOTELS BUT AFTER MY STAY HERE, I WILL LOOK FOR THE HOLIDAY INNS WHEREVER I GO. WE HAD KIDS WITH US AND I HAVE NEVER FELT SAFER.

Nice, clean & quite.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, free wifi
Hotel was clean & quite. The pool & work out room were ok. Hotel offered a full breakfast buffet for $5 per person at check-in. Food was good, hot, and fresh and lots of it.

nice property, problem with the phones in the room, buffet breakfast a bit expensive

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: phone in the room poor, breakfast not a value
Nice property, well maintained. I could not, and nor could the staff turn off the blinking message light in the room. Apologized but was rather cavalier about it. I had to disconnect the phones from the wall. Wasn't a terribly big issue but it was an irritant. Never reconnected the phones. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection but the price was rather steep at just under $11.00. Quite frankly, I didn't see the value. Staff for the most part was very friendly and the location is near a number of restaurant and shops. I'd probably stay there again.
