We are sorry that your stay was purely based off of the experience of your check out. We do state that we charges for ANY damages, including linens, in the registration card that is presented at check in. It is the guest's responsibility to read all parts of their registration card and also to not damage the items that we graciously provide in the rooms. At check out, it is our responsibility to notify the guest if any damages were made in the room and we happily will explain them. If for some reason the guest disagrees with the charges, we will happily show the guest their damages, either in the room or at the desk. Unfortunately, we cannot tolerate guests that do not treat our rooms in a respectful manor. We were not trying to shame you but we do expect you to be responsible in your room and not damage any items. Please contact the front desk directly if you have any further questions or concerns.
