I appreciated speaking with Miriam on the phone before arriving to see if I could check in early. Upon arrival she welcomed me with a big smile, good eye contact, helpfulness and kindness. Early in the morning hotel room neighbors arrived and were very loud. The front desk quickly responded to my phone call and sent security to quiet them down. The location to the performing arts theater was perfect (across the street).

We like the property and room. We didn't know it was pet friendly, if we had we might have brought our dogs. Honestly the only issue we had was really a physical one with where the toilet tissue was mount in the rest room.

Facility was fair. However they stopped serving breakfast at 9:00 am and there wasn’t anywhere close to go. The Peggie Sue restaurant was recommended but we were extremely disappointed. Then they didn’t have parking close and had to wait 20-30 min for valet to bring our car out. Last time we stay there.

NIce Option

Pros: Nice room and accommodations. Nice complimentary breakfast.
Cons: More light especially near the mirror.
Location: Good restaurants within walking distance. Not bad traffic even during rush hour.
Staff was very accommodating. I was surprised that there was shampoo and conditioner yet no lotion in the room. I asked the front desk and they offered to provide and when I requested it with ear plugs, they gladly provided. For breakfast, the staff member brought me freshly cooked bacon when none was offered on the breakfast bar that day. One night I wasn't feeling well so ordered dinner from the room and the gentleman made a second trip to bring me a full carafe of hot water and tea bags. You may need the complimentary earplugs because the rail system is loud at night.

Great experience!

We made a last-minute reservation with a very late (early morning hours) check in time—no problem!!! Room was in third floor, and it was quiet, clean, and had everything needed. Breakfast was included, and it was really good, plenty of options! Add a well-lit parking structure, and I’d give this hotel an A++!
