Checked in and went to the room found the toilet paper was dirty. Told the staff and got a new roll. Next day found a dirty cleaning rag in my shower and the towels had stains on them. Brought it to the attention of the staff member manning the front desk. He said sorry, the towels were washed and but look at the price I was paying. If I was paying $200 a night the towels may be cleaner. Woke up the last day of my stay and there was a water leaking under the floor of the shink. I found out after I walked to the sink and water started coming up from the floor. As I checked out I told the staff member ( sameone from day before) at the desk about the leak in my room and my disappointment with my stay and the condition of the room. He told me accidents happen and them tried to imply I caused the leak by walking on the floor. He told me if I had a problem with the room I should have changed rooms. Staff member told me he had things to do and did not have time to hear my complaint or comments. I would not recommend this place unless you were a transient and had no option. There was an upset female walking around the property talking so loud it woke me and anothed guest up. A few hours later I was again woken up by what sounded like someone was smashing plastic bottles. Stay here at your own risk.

This is an old Motel type of property. The facilities are minimum. Bare bones but what I would expect for the price I am paying. There was nothing in the room that had the WiFi password so I had to call the office. The office staff did come down to get my tv to work. I appreciate that there are still inexpensive places to stay in the Silicon Valley.
