Unique Santa Fe Industrial Space with hints of traditional tribal themes and rich, warm, and inviting colors. Super Close to The Railyard and Farmers Market, 10 minutes to The Santa Fe Plaza, 20 Mins to Rancho Encantado, and 36 minutes by car to the Santa Fe ski resort; it's about an hour and a half, according to G-map. A dramatic space unusual to the traditional Santa Fe Style. With three different levels, the main floor has a small office/ landing, a sitting area with a luxe fold-out double bed, and a separate storage area with a closet and a Full small bath, Designer black-white Tribal style shower, and Kohler fixtures. With Access to the courtyard. Stylish Second floor with luxurious sitting spaces with Henredon down-filled furniture. The courtyard view has enormous picture windows and a small balcony to the courtyard. There is an open kitchen with new Samsung appliances, a Samsung gas range, and a small dinette. Complete with spices, a Keurig and Cuisinart Coffee, and Chantal pots and pans. The third level is the Primary bedroom with two luxury full pillow top beds and linens, a remodeled full bathroom shower/soaker tub, a closet, and a stackable New Samsung washer and dryer. 45" Smart TV, colossal picture window sliding glass door with balcony view to train and mountain.
