Amazing room. Polished concrete floors, Persian carpets as throw W rugs, beautiful furniture, amazing desk. Huge bathroom with roll in shower. High end fixtures

Nice room amenities, and easy walking distance to Luther Burbank home & gardens, Santa Rosa park & ride. Good local restaurant (Las Palmas) close by as well.

We had the most excellent experience!! We were welcomed warmly in the very cool lobby area. We were walked to our rooms while she showed us the grounds. We ate super delicious food just around the back of the building and we had the best night of sleep we’ve had on our 18 day road trip. This was actually our favorite hotel stay on our trek from Tennessee and Alaska! Super cozy. Super trendy. Quiet and safe! The lady at the front even called us to let us know she noticed our hotel door wasn’t closed all the way and she wanted to let us know to keep us nice and safe!!! Wow! Amazing customer service!! Even had the best little breakfast in the lounge with fantastic coffee. We wish we could have stayed in our room forever!! The shower heads were MASSIVE!!! Like taking a shower under a waterfall :D

Thank you for staying with us at The Astro and for taking the time to leave us some invaluable feedback. We purposefully chose concrete floors with area rugs in order to promote cleanliness. This allows us to damp mop the floors after every visit. Moving forward, we will make it point to warm all the rooms prior to check in so that the rooms are warm and cozy when guests arrive. Lovely staff, simple but clean and comfy room. It was just a little drafty in the bathroom, but the heater is easy to use. I also loved all the local soaps.

The Astro Hotel is a very nice hotel. It's cosy, clean, and quiet. We were very impressed with how well our room and bathroom had been maintained. That was greatly appreciated. It is obvious that the Astro management/staff cares about their customers; the staff was very warm, helpful, kind, and professional. There is one thing future customers need to know; if you arrive late, you may not find a parking space on the immediate hotel premises. You may have to park your car a block away or so from your room. You will have to walk past the numerous homeless about, the Naked Pig place, and the busy liquor store. In our opinion, all of this can make a person feel uncomfortable and unsafe (walking at night may compound it even more). There is a park adjacent to the hotel, and this contributes to the issues as well. We did not find any information in regard to the parking when we read about the hotel online through travelocity.
