GOOD--Very nice rooms Staff very friendly and accommodating Bridges very nice BAD- lo water pressure. not very hot water. lighting in the room inadequate UGLY-the elevators. the talk of the hotel. waiting 10 minutes for an elevator is the norm. not likely to spend my vacation time waiting for an elevator just going to the desk is a 30 minute round trip

Pros: We really liked the location and view. Staff was helpful and friendly. Martha, front desk clerk, was very efficient over the phone and in person. The suite was clean and beds were comfortable. Cons: parking was too expensive at $35 a day. Maid arrived late one night so we were already back in our room. One elevator was not working so we had to wait a long time for the two other working ones.
