Rooms and particularly bathrooms badly need to be updated. Lobby, restaurant, bar, and spa are all fantastic.

The view of the Red Rocks while dining or in the pool was spectacular. The front desk staff and the bell staff were always friendly and helpful.

Great secluded resort, feet away from trendy streets. Only draw back is you can't use your fire stick or chrome caster here. You're forced to purchase movies thru the hotel. Food is great, even prepared ours vegan. We will be back.

Did not like that once the car was valet parked - the only way 'out' of the property, was walking up a steep hill. Felt 'stuck'. And LONGER hours for coffee!

The spa was incredible and the heated pool was excellent. The shuttle service around the uptown area was so helpful and the people were so kind. The only thing that could be improved is to have a convenience store for products available after hours.
