Close to cruise port & centrally located. Hotel had excellent staff. Older gentleman at front desk, gave us a marked map, helped with planning our walking tour of city & museums & got us taxi transportation to London at a cheaper rate. I highly recomend this hotel.

Stay was very good . Pre cruise stop over . Only complaint is they need to get 2nd lift fixed . At a busy time , waiting is a nightmare . At check out time 1100 , had to wait 20 mins for lift due to number checking out .
