It was a quiet stay, however, customer service could have been better. Room service menu was not given at check out. I had to go downstairs at seven am, from 11th floor to get menu from front desk, they did not offer to bring to room. Food was good but lukewarm, they forgot an item so we had to wait on that. Housekeeping was knocking at door every 1/2 hour starting at 9?even though we had a one day stay with check out at twelve noon. Sorry but for the cost I won’t be a repeat customer.

Location was nice. Beautiful hotel. Was not happy to arrive at 5pm and room was not ready. Check In was 3pm. We were finally checked in at 6:58pm giving us no time to shower and arrive for the scheduled 8pm start of the Aerosmith show at MassMutual Center. We spoke to a manager who said she would call Travelocity and negotiate the price since the check in time severely messed up our plans. It was totally the establishments mess up. I was not happy that they had to call and negotiate a price. It was taken care of helping with our displeasure upon arrival.

Checked in at 6pm to find that our room was not yet available. Left number with desk and ate at the bar which was fine but slow due to the fact that they were busy and severely understaffed. Finally got a call after 7pm that the room was ready.

Terrible experience. we paid for a suite and received an old outdated room with ancient bed and overall smelled like beer. i asked front desk to help and they did nothing as a platnium member with SPG this was not what i expect from spg or sheraton. i had stayed the night before in same hotel and room was great, but this time spent 5 times the amount and was terrible

Really horrible stay. The hotel was nearly empty but a group of 4 boisterous, drunk and loud young men were our neighbors and we got no sleep at all that night. The management said they would give us a free breakfast for our lack of sleep but I wanted a refund...would never stay at a Sheraton again.
