Liked the location and the room was clean and modern. Was nice and quiet most of the time we were there. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Liked the availability of water, snacks, etc. at the lobby area. Centrally located in St. Petersburg and was easy for Uber to pick us up/drop us off. Also appreciated that the elevator required a key card to go to the floors above the lobby.

The property is not very big and they only offer valet parking. Great location, it is about a 2 mile walk to downtown but plenty to do in between. If you are in town for a Rays game it is perfect. I believe that is says they have a pool on the website. That is not entirely true, I prefer "water feature" which is what the staff called it. It is a small very shallow (one foot is the deepest) with a few water chairs to sit in. There is actually a sign that says no swimming. Having said that, we were not at the hotel much anyway. The staff was great and the hotel is clean. It has only been open about 15 months. The rooms are a little weird in that there are no drawers or closets. They do have a small hanging area and bench like areas for your things but they are all open. All in all I would stay again.
