Kept getting locked out of room only 1 out of 5 days our room was cleaned had to keep going to get towels etc. no elevator food tasted like cardboard!! Never have I experienced a holiday inn express like this!! Stay away!!!

I liked that it was set back from the road with undeveloped land around it. You can tell some remodeling is being done because there were still patches in the walls where a towel holder was. The fridge also made weird noises. Breakfast and staff were amazing.

Bathroom ceiling had black mold on it. Dirty washcloth under the sink area. Bed comforter was stained

From start to finish nothing was an easy transition, they couldn't find my reservation, then room was in horrible condition, front desk clerk couldn't help or offer anything, and kept blaming company instead of taking responsibility and trying to help, worst experience, and I usually like staying with Holiday Inn express many other locations are up to par this one is not.

The place was filthy. No toilet paper no towels refrigerator tv and phone did not work and the room smelled and the carpets were badly stained. We asked for a refund and moved to another hotel. The bathroom floor and tub was dirty too and stained.
