Amazing home and host

Review for the house next to this rental
We didn't get to stay in the property we rented. We were told to use the house next to it because the host didnt notice until last minute that we were a family of 3 and they had removed the sofa bed that my kid would use to sleep. We were told that the big house was ready for us. The house looked nice but after walking through it I saw that 2 beds were undone. The linens were still in the washer. I noticed that they use fabric softener only. The left 3 towels only and they were thin and small. The showers and floors had sand and were dusty. The house was not ready for guests and it hasn't been cleaned in at least 2 months. I had to ask the host to buy a mop,a bucket and laundry detergent so I could wash the linens for my daughter's bed. I had to sweep the floors and clean the counters and mop. I appreciated that they moved us to the house for the same price but it wasn't ready for guests. Please note that this review is not for the apartment, its for the house next to it. We also found a bottle of a controlled medicine that I will not mention the name. On checkout morning,a person knocked and said that they were told they could check in early to the apartment we were supposed to be in.

Refreshing change from hotels. Cozy and comfortable with full kitchen AND outdoor grill and outdoor mini fridge. Perfect size for 1 or 2 people, or maybe a couple with 1 or 2 children. Bedroom TV didn’t get any channels; living area TV had Roku but no local or major networks. Shower water temperature alternated from hot to lukewarm. Neighborhood safe and fairly quiet except Saturday night when one of the nearby houses had a loud outdoor party that went on past 2am.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The area was quiet and we felt safe. It was close to attractions and parking was great. The owner was friendly and full of advice of local attractions and dinning options. Bed was comfortable back patio was great we had our morning coffee there everyday. We will definitely be back next year!

Everything was awesome, Raphael was great, didn’t need anything but he was always available making sure we were happy, the place was just as it was pictured on line, great location for everything around Tampa, the patio was a great place to hang out and cook steaks with at the hugh grill, the property was very clean inside and outside with private fencing, looking forward to returning!!!
