Check in process was extremely slow, with a long line of people waiting. The hallways smelled bad, the room was average- didn’t look like it was fully cleaned. Definitely paid too much for a room like that.

The AC in our room was broken, the chairs were taped together, and it smelt poorly. The front desk woman was very kind and tried to accommodate but there were no options available. Overall, not a great place to stay.

I was surprised to notice that the property on the outside looked great but when inside, it was Hot in the lobby area, my room was dirty and the chairs in the room were in horrible condition to where they should just throw the chair out. I felt unsafe for myself and my children and could not get out any faster. Won’t be returning

This is an older property that Extended Stay Suites is now in, and it needs a lot of updating. While management is very attendant to guests and their comments, Extended Stay needs to do a complete remodel of this property if they want to continue to serve repeat guests.

The worst birthday stay I had.... Never would stay here again. Nasty and weed smell through the building and the manager didn't even care

Liked: Right off I-75. Room was spacious. Liked the fact there was no carpeting inside the room. Disliked: The ac Never cooled the unit. Although set at 60°, we were lucky if it was 78. The hallway leading up to the room was disgusting. I have stayed in beach side hotels that maintained theirs better. There was food stuff in one of the cupboards from the previous tenant.
