    "We asked for early check-in and were denied. It was about 10:30 am so we thought maybe they thought we wanted to check-in then. So we then said we just wanted to check-in at 1 or 2pm. They still said no. Not great customer service. Room was very large and relatively clean. Bed was comfortable. The facility was very old and just adequately cared for. The carpets, flooring, and shower were very old and dated. The carpet was probably from the 70’s. That is just too old even when cared for. For the price there are much nicer hotels in Taos."…"
