Hotel is in a great location in the heart of Torquay and the staff were nice and friendly the breakfeast was fantastic, our stay in Torquay was great if there is one negative point is the parking facilities around the hotel, make sure if you use the meters we saw an awful lot of tickets issued.

Was a bit of a disaster no where to park ended up getting 2 parking tickets in less than 24 hours of being parked certain staff member was a bit rude room was cold hardly any tv channels as listed.
