"The hotel uses COVID-19 as a reason not to provide the basic hospitality services to guests.
They advertise a buffet breakfast, but in actuality only prepare a "bagged breakfast" that is essentially a continental breakfast. It consist of a croissant, a small box of apply juice, cereal, milk and a banana. I advised front desk of my banana allergy who made a fuss to prepare a custom bag for me.
Housekeeping does not enter your room during the length of your stay. The hotel asks you to remove linens and towels, place them in a black plastic bag and leave them outside of the door for room service to pick up. The hotel will then replace the bag of used linens/towels with new ones, again outside of your door and it is the guest's responsibility to make his/her own bed.
If there is an issue with WiFi, the hotel connects you to their service provider to troubleshoot as opposed to solving the issue itself.
I do not recommend staying here unless all you need is a bed and a shower during your stay."
