The rooms had no fridge or microwave. Plus it’s all steps and no elevator. It’s ok to stay at if it’s a last resort...which it was. But I’d never recommend it as a great place on vacations.

Unsavory people hanging about front desk all the while we checked in. Room had no working light above wash sink. Remote was not paired to TV, which I did so we could watch TV. Ran out of toilet paper. Had to drag luggage up stairs. Did not feel real safe or comfortable there.

Check in went good rhe guy was pretty nice. The rooms are terrible though. There were dog prints on the sheets. The place did not feel very safe. Did not feel like you were really in comfort. Not a very nice hotel to stay at.

I checked in at 4:30 am ,on may 30,check out may 31,ask for 2 days .178.??.They calked my room on the may 31 ,and asked me if I was staying ,and told me that I needed to pay if I was staying .when I came in at 4:30 am I was charged a day ,really,I didn't get done checking in til 5:00 am.So so from around 5:30 til checkout 11:00am ,so say 5 1/2 hours i was charged a whole day.for may 30.then the reg may 30 11:00 am til 11:00 may 31,was right ,but I don't agree with the 5 1)2 hours i should be charged whole day

I was told at check in that a $50 deposit was REQUIRED. When I responded that I've NEVER been asked for a deposit the desk clerk stated that all the area hotels had this policy. (?) After stating that I would be leaving early in the morning and didn't want or appreciate the hassle of "getting my deposit back" the desk clerk made repeated calls to try to reach a manager to have the policy waived. Ultimately it was waived, but the episode was very unsettling. The towels were rather smelly as well.

This hotel is in transition and st first would not honor our booking being prepaid. Offered to give us room at booking price and then contact Travelocity for a refund. When told no way we left to contact our credit card co. He ultimately accepted the booking. The room was clean but very minimal. No voffee in thr room or lobby. Will not stay here again and will be hesitant to book throigh Travelocity.

We've been on business to long to lose a customer over a cup of coffee (if the next time your respectful and humble, lunch is on us).
