Staff was friendly and welcoming - Keith made us feel like family. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends. The breakfast was generous and the room was clean and spacious. Great experience!

The front desk tried to ge me to pay for parking when it was not advertised that parking has to be paid for. I said that to front desk and after a very long and uneasy conversation I said I am cancelling my stay and going where I don’t have to pay for parking. They waived it. Went outside and checked all the cars stating there and no one had any parking sticker like I was given Go figure

The hotel is fine for what it costs. However when arriving the gentleman at the front desk was rude, and said he didnt have a reservation under my name because I gave him my first last name (I have two because that's how it works for Hispanics) and he had it under my second last name which I didn't know but I was showing him my ID and he refused to take a look at it even when my second last name is written on it too. It took longer than expected to get the key. Consider this rude man if you are arriving around 1 am due to your flight time. However, next day they had another gentleman at the front desk and he was very kind, he made me not want to give the hotel a 1 star review. The food at the continental breakfast was good. I was cold during our first night but requested an extra blanket and the kind gentlemand provided an extra cozy one. We stayed there two nights but housekeeping didn't come after the first night and we were never advised they wouldnt come so we came back to a unmade bed. After all the hotel was pretty decent as long as you're not expecting anything fancy.

$25 parking fee that I wasn’t told about. Never got the extra pillows I asked for and had let them know I was there for surgery and wasn’t able to make an accommodation for me to be down stairs when there didn’t seem to be many people there.
