The hotel is fine. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, being a single woman and traveling alone I'm not comfortable with where its located. If the parking lot were enclosed it might be better, but coming in late at night, with a full lot, its a bit scary walking to the front door; busy corner, late night dining at adjacent restaurant just doesn't work. Safety for guests should always be a priority.

I like that the hotel was conveniently located to the area I planned to visit. I didn’t not like showing up after a very late flight that my reservation was cancelled on a fully paid stay (paid 5 months early) & that o couldn’t get checked into my room with ease. Also, I had to spend half the day trying to rectify things with Travelocity & the hotel.

Rooms were nice and updated. Fitness center had no AC, cleaning supplies, or towels. Limited poolside seating due to broken chairs. Breakfast was sparse.
