The water in the shower was lukewarm the first night. Unfortunately COVID-19 changed some things—the pool was closed, had to reserve the fitness center, and breakfast was minimal.

Amazing suite and very clean. Staff was a little short but very busy. No breakfast due to COVID.

As all the Residence Inns I have stayed in, the place is great. The bed was the best and the staff is veery courteous and helpful

Great experience!!!

There was a big group of us there for a family reunion and we had 6 rooms. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! From the front desk moving us to make sure we were all on the same floor to the awesome staff working the morning buffet! Not sure his name but the man working the breakfast area was so great! Even with our big group and the rest of the hotel guests, he kept everything stocked and clean, while being very friendly and helpful!

My family really liked this hotel - very beautiful.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The hotel & amenitites were awesome. The staff gave us plenty of space. The only time this slightly annoyed me was during the morning breakfast. Although someone was constantly coming to check what was low, they were not right there if you had a question or needed something. I would have to wait until they made their next routine check. Let me emphasize that was the only slightly negative thing - the buffet selection was great & well maintained, and the rooms were gorgeous, clean and extremely comfortable.
