Very clean property, lovely building. The bartender Brandon ia so much fun. Trevor is literally the best! He was so nice, kind, professional and a true help. He was always pleasant every time i came down. I truly hope The Aloft recognized this young man and all his efforts.

Birthday Mishap
The hotel was amazing. Unfortunately the little shelf in the shower became dislodged from the wall when I set all my personal care items in it and fell on my feet. I immediately called the front desk to tell them what happened. An associate came to the room and was very accusative towards us and rude basically saying we broke the shelf. He had no understanding that accidents happen. They moved us to a different room. Upon getting my receipt after my stay I was charged $100 for the shelf. My birthday memory is tainted and I’m very sad about that.
