With plenty of space for up to 10 guests, including a spacious master suite and 3 clean and modern bathrooms, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with high-end Samsung appliances, dinnerware, glassware, and all the cooking essentials, while the state-of-the-art memory foam mattresses ensure a restful night's sleep.

Take advantage of the beautiful deck and outdoor spaces, complete with a new propane grill, for a memorable meal with family and friends. The bonus room on the lower level is perfect for a movie night or game day. With parking for 8 cars, you'll have everything you need for a convenient stay.

Our weekly cleaning schedule ensures your pool is always sparkling clean, and if you need anything during your stay, our team is always available to assist. For your peace of mind, we also have a pest control company on standby to take care of any unwanted guests.

The pool is open during the swim season and has a depth range of 4 feet to 9 feet. The median depth of the pool is 6 feet, which means half of the pool's depth is shallower than 6 feet and half is deeper than 6 feet. It's important to keep in mind the depth of the pool when swimming and playing to ensure safety. Always follow posted rules and guidelines, and never swim alone.

PET POLICY:

➜A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required, with an additional fee of $150 for three or more pets

EXTRA GUESTS:
➜A fee of $19 per night per guest is charged after the 6th guest
In compliance with Party Ban, no more than 16 guests are allowed in the house at any time
