This property is horrible and they didn’t mention the repairs being done in the hotel. Loud banging and loud noise starting at 9:00am and lasting until 5:00pm. Do not stay here unless you want to hear that all day.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I’m not super picky about hotels, but here’s how our stay went: first night, we get to our room and start unpacking. We check the bed and find bed bugs. They move us to another room, and we find bugs in there too, but not bed bugs, so we deal with it. The next day, we leave a coffee and a few snacks on the table, we go to a concert for a few hours, and when we come back there are at least 200 ants EVERYWHERE. On the table, the bed, the floor, our bags. We checked out and drove 6 hours home at 1 AM. They said we will be refunded - so we’ll see. Moral of the story: BUGS. Also everything is just very old/outdated. Staff were friendly at least, however they did not seem surprised when we had issues with bugs.

Good: soundproofing was good. Couldn't hear the music from the stadium, which was quite loud outside. Bed was comfortable. Good space. Convenient location for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful--no complaints there. Bad: Our room was dirty. Carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever in the room and hallway (5th floor). Stained. Easy chair upholstery was stained. Bathroom floor way dirty. When I picked up the towel used to stand on when exiting the shower, It was black on the bottom from the floor. I have a picture. The treadmill was broken but not marked. When I went down for coffee (around 11) it was empty. Asked the woman cleanup if there was more. She said there wasn't any more. My experience has been that hotels now offer coffee through the day. At least until lunch. This facility was not what I expected from a Country Inns and Suites BY RADISSON

The facility was run down, dirty and generally gave a feeling of total lack of concern by the owner. Room was filthy!!! carpet was so dirty our socks were black from walking around the room. The beds were old and sagging to the middle terribly. Phone did not work, refrigerator did not work, door locks were broken, bathroom had hair all aver the place. There was no remote for the TV and person at the front desk acted like we were horrible people for asking to have things corrected. Never Again Country Inn.... Never Again.

The property is disgusting. If I didn’t have to stay the second night I would have left. It’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Hallways were absolutely filthy and no air conditioning. Staff was not friendly. It’s nice they have signs up to put your mask on if you want service yet the the woman who checked me in wasn’t wearing one, it was gross and I was totally disgusted.
