The property is disgusting. If I didn’t have to stay the second night I would have left. It’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Hallways were absolutely filthy and no air conditioning. Staff was not friendly. It’s nice they have signs up to put your mask on if you want service yet the the woman who checked me in wasn’t wearing one, it was gross and I was totally disgusted.

my booking was mixed up somehow the date got switched without my knowledge it was supposed to been to 15th and somehow it got switched to the 21st Mandy wouldn't change it when I came in on the 15th so I had to go to your hotel that was next store and use their hotel which was wonderful by the way and your hotel was filthy disgusting and I'll never ever stay there again and thank you for charging me for the room I never even used even though I gave them a week and a half did I didn't have this reservation tried to cancel goodbye

First, they put us in a room that was already taken. Luckily the person was not there. Then they changed the room and gave us keys that didn't work. Once we got in our room, there was a clump of hair in the toilet, two facial tissues in the tissue box and our room was not cleaned after our first night. Will not stay here again.
