The customer service at check in was friendly. Once we got In The room, the phone didn’t work, tubs faucet was coming out of the wall and when we asked for more towels, we were told they had no more and we can get them in the morning. (We we’re leaving in the morning, so that didn’t help us). Not happy and won’t stay there again.
