The staff were Very Cooperative and Friendly!! But, I had a leak in my bathroom from the shower!! The WiFi wasn’t working!! Sooo, we went downstairs to use their computer!! We were downstairs for 2 hours with NO sucess!! Two of the items I had sent they said never arrived!! I was unable to take part in the breakfast, because I can’t eat pork(Allergies)!! No dairy alternatives (Is- Almond, oat, coconut milk) and No egg alternatives( egg whites , egg substitutes)!! No potatoes. No Hominy Grits, which is pretty popular especially in the Southern part of US!! I depended on the Breakfast and WiFi!! This is why I chose this Hotel!! Also. they don’t say they charge for parking? They just say Parking available!! I am a Senior with a disability! On a limited income!! I called and had exactly 4 conversations with Personnel!! They told me I had a room near the elevator!! This was absolutely Not True!! As I previously stated the folks that worked there were Very Nice and They tried to be helpful !! But, it was limited what they could do!! This facility need both structural and Amenities Updated!! Ohhhh, I had problems with the TV as well !! I couldn’t eat breakfast there!! Consequently, I had to eat ALL my Meals outside of Hotel!! Overall, I was disappointed!! Thanks Sooo Very Much!! Respectfully Yours LPeacock and PTruley!!

I didn’t like my room did not get clean I was there from Friday to Monday no clean towels and I put the sign on my door for the room to be clean
