This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, we visited here for my daughter birthday because she wanted to swim, the sofa bed had dirty sheets with food and lots of crumbs, the mattress was literally just springs, the pool and jacuzzi we're visibility filthy. It was bad to the point we checked out a day early. This is not okay. I wasted my money.

Place looked nice but was falling apart. Room was dirty. Couch had old food in it. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor all night. Hair and dirt in every corner. Pool was disgusting! Multiple Elevators and ice machine broke. Staff was rude!

We stayed 2 nights, sleeping in double beds with two of the worst mattresses we’ve ever experienced. Our Fitbit scores reflected that. Shower leaked water onto floor no matter how carefully the shower curtain was positioned. Bathroom amenities was one tiny bottle of shampoo and a mini soap bar. Glad I brought my own stuff. TV wouldn’t work 1st night because previous guest had switched wiring around due to possibly playing some games on it. Staff went up on Thurs. but wouldn’t come up Wed.night when needed and switched wiring around. Then Thurs. night we did get to watch t.v. but the tv wouldn’t turn off so we had a lit tv screen on all night with a message telling us the cable connection had been lost. Person at desk Fri. morning said they’d refund $25 to us, but since we paid by Travelocity that Travelocity would need to contact them and get the $25 credit for the account billed for the stay. Hope you guys do that or we won’t book through you again.
