I loved staying at the 12. I loved the automated valet. The layout of the room made it feel close to being at home while away from home. The cons were clothes other people dropped behind the dresser which you couldn’t move. A rusty ceiling fire extinguisher and no seating for the balcony. The biggest drawback was the pool being dirty. These are minor things to me had I been tall enough to see the clothes, husband who is taller noticed only because he thought he dropped something behind the dresser. It wasn’t warm enough to use the pool but we could see the pool clearly from our floor. And thank God no fire to rest if the rusted ceiling extinguisher would work or not.

No longer a luxury hotel

This hotel use to be very nice and clean . The staff there use to be great . Now the rooms are dirty furniture is worn and amenities are seriously lacking. I will never stay here again . Don't waste your time go to St. Regis downtown or one of the W hotels . The twelve totally missed mark of a luxury hotel .

Great location convenient location

Booked the hotel for my birthday , the suite was awesome, Industrial design with granite and stainless steel. Great view overlooking the city close proximity to shopping restaurants and nightlife. Overall just a great experience. Would definitely book again !!!!

Girl's weekend gone awry

The bar in the hotel seemed a happening place on this weekend trip - maybe a little too much for the lobby of a hotel. It felt a little like a high dollar HOOK-UP spot. The room was beautiful but the living space a little tight. The desk staff was very helpful, as was the parking attendant.
