Lobby/Restaurant were GORGEOUS!!! Very clean, and nicely laid out. Surrounding neighborhood not so nice, there were a lot of transients, and train tracks nearby that were very noisy at night and in the early morning. Additionally I was placed in a room with a handicap access shower which I'm not used to, and this made a HUGE water mess both inside and outside the bathroom; however, the room itself was very clean and even smelled nice!

The hotel was very clean and nice. However, I was unable to check in until after 8 pm. We arrived before 4 and we’re not able to get our room key until after 8 pm. Staff kept telling us that the were getting clean and would get it soon but waited for over 4 hours.

Check in at 3pm, means 3pm. I had to wait in an empty lobby for an hour and a half. The restaurant was closed, the bar was closed, so it was inconvenient

Hotel was very clean, the staff was amazing. Room was clean and organized, the beds and pillows were super comfy I highly recommend this hotel.
