Other guests on the my floor let their kids run wild yelling and slamming doors until 130 am. Waited outside airport for 45 minutes after told bus was dispatched. Upon arriving at the hotel found the restaurant wasn't open. Told taxis would not run out to the hotel, because they were all bankrupt.

Everything was awesome except the room not having a safe and the fridge would not run constantly causing some of our food to spoil.

The hotel was loud packed, and kids pulled the fire alarm disabled the elevator had a person with walking difficulties in my party.
