I liked the atmosphere, the decor was nice. I didn’t like that we had to go to another floor for ice machine. The air conditioner kept shutting off, last but not least the bedding was dingy and we didn’t realize it until we went to a relative’s room.

Liked: close proximity to attend funeral & spacious room DISLIKED: Misinformation by front desk on more than one occasion. Hair (long strands) in bathtub and on floor. I picked up Cleaning items & disinfectant from Walmart. Garbage on floor next to couch & side table. No eggs at only 8:49a.m nor in stock. Oatmeal which was supposed to be steal cut per the sign was instant with water. How do i know? The cook came out stirring water and oatmeal in a see through plastic container in preparation to pour into the warming metal pan for self serve. Not what I expected my stay to be like!
