No staff at front desk at checkout which meant we couldn't have continental breakfast because we didn't kknow where it was and there wAS NO SIGNS INDICATING WHERE IT WAS. bATHROOM SINK WOULD'NT DRAIN.

Ramada in Cockeysville is a very nice hotel. It is located in a business district so it is close to everything: bus service, different restaurants, different fast food, convenience stores like 7-11 and Wawa, Walmart, rental car locations, Maryland public transit. It's a safe area; safe to take a walk. I can't comment on the breakfast because I didn't go to the breakfast. The staff is very pleasant.

Not the Ritz

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: More pillows on the King beds. Better communication about what items are offered by front desk staff.
Location: Ashland Café is close by with good food with great prices
It said there was a refrigerator and microwave available on request (Not so!), there was supposedly a continental breakfast (nothing fancy), but I never found it! Very comfortable bed, but you might want to bring your own pillows.

Be careful if you book online!

Pros: location, and it was clean and quiet
Cons: jesus how about a more substantial breakfast?
I stayed at this hotel last year with no issues so I chose this same place again and booked online. I got a verification code and even called travelocity a few days before to confirm and told all was fine. I even got a confirmation email the night before. The next day I drove 4 hours to this hotel and I went to check in. My reservations were fine but travelocity's [expedia] credit card had been declined i was told. They would not let me check in! The clerk had to call the help center and found out that travelocity [expedia] never paid the 14% tax on the rooms, they only paid for the rooms. What a joke! 45 minutes later I got my key. In my opinion someone should be brought up on charges of theft of services. BE FOREWARNED! As for the room, its bare bones, but it was clean. The wifi was slow but managable. The continental breakfast is really bare bones, suggest you eat elsewhere.

Nice hotel on the edge of Baltimore

Pros: Convenient, clean, & easy in & out.
No issues, easy check in & out. We got in late & were helped quickly.

Unpleasant Staff

Pros: Convenience and price
Cons: The inner look, paint pealing off the walls. The doors locking and unlocking system.
Location: On a strip with a lot of stores. Great location
The customer service was not pleasing at all. The lady at the front desk didn't greet me as I entered and did not walk me through any of the paperwork after placing it on the counter and returning to her cell phone i skimmed it and asked what was my further action so i can finish the check-in process, and in a rude tone she answered and brushed me off. I thought that I was finish dealing with her until I walked all the way back to my room with my bags to realize that my key didn't work and after returning to her 2 more times for the same reason she called a guy and told me to just wait at my room door. A guy showed up and used his own key to unlock it and i was instructed to find him anytime I needed to return t my room. Needless to say When I saw her the next morning I was prepared to go through the same process with the unpleasant women, and I was right
