Entering the home you will notice the pine vaulted ceilings and rock wood burning corner fireplace. Enjoy your favorite show or movies on the living room Flatscreen TV.  Record your sports game or show on the DVR. There is also a video library to choose from. You are sure to find a relaxing spot on one of the comfy reclining sofas, or play a bit of foosball on the foosball table.  The open concept living area provides a great space for your group.
The dining room offers a great farmhouse style table with ample seating for everyone. With custom lighting and a great view from the patio sliding door. You can also gain access to the fully fenced backyard. Relax on your vacation and allow the kids to play in the rear yard. You can also bring the pups as this home is pet friendly!

Keep the cook company in the newly remodeled kitchen, with high end custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven, fridge/freezer combo, mircowave and dishwasher. There is a standard coffee maker provided. You will appreciate all of the upgades this kitchen has to offer.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
