My friends and I came for a girls relaxing getaway only to get no sleep and a dirty room and unpleasant no helpful staff… Night one stomping yelling multiple times we got no sleep staff did nothing did not care. Night two stomping yelling banging above us reported it three times nothing was done. We cleaned the bathroom when we got there because there was hair everywhere. I have stayed at avids before but never again. What a disappointing stay

Hi Ashton,We have a high cleanliness standard as you can see from guest reviews. All of our rooms go through a 50 point check list and every room is inspected before put into our system for a guest to be checked into. If I was to ever walk into a dirty room I’d ask for a room change immediately. In regards To the noise we did have one complaint from you and the front desk walked the hallway and there was no noise. We’re sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay.

The check in staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but very dated. The staff does a good job for what they have to work with. Wydham needs to put some money into this property. It has alot of potential.

The hotel was convenient to the train station to go into Boston. It was also convenient to get to Logan Airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. the breakfasts were very good.
