Reserved two rooms nine months ago. One single king and two double queens. Upon check-in i was told there were no king rooms so i ws given two double queens. There was no real apology given other than they over booked. The keurig coffee maker in the room did not work. I went to front desk and was told someone would be right up with a replacement. No one ever came. They have free coffee in the morning but no tea. Staff was not very friendly. I most likely will not stay here again!

I am sorry we didn't have the room you had initially booked. We did get overbooked and there were numerous people who were given different room types otherwise we wouldn't have enough rooms. We will do our best to ensure this wont happen again and again sorry the experience you had.

Reserved a room nine months ago with 1 king sized bed. When i checked in, they did not have a king room available, so they gave me 2 queens. What good is a reservation? The keurig coffee make in the room did not work. Went to the front desk. They said someone would be right up with another one. Never saw anyone. Not the best experience for the price.
