This property did not live up to the Best Western standard that I normally experience at Best Westerns. The room needed to be updated. The rug was old and the room had an ordor like someone had smoked in it. I told the front desk clerk about it and he was very helpful to ensure I would not be charged if someone thought we has smoked in the room. The two gold frames hanging in the bathroom with nothing in them was a bit wierd.

We actually enjoyed our stay other than the power tools right above our heads at 8am. There’s no warning or posting of any kind prior to booking that there is construction at the hotel. There was a note in our room that there could possibly be construction noise. We had no idea it would be right above our heads. Plus this is the most expensive hotel in Needles. We would have stayed somewhere else if we knew we would be paying so much to get woke up so rudely. Other than that it was a nice place to stay

The room was in need of some sprucing up: old, dark carpet, older mattress, poor water pressure, thin towels. Staff was friendly and the pool and hot tub were very nice.

The property is near a railroad but the rooms are so well insulated that you don't hear it at all once the door is shut. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.
