The Space:
Marina Villa 603 is located within the enclave of South Seas Island Resort with white sugar sand beaches and balmy breezes off the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This residence is located less than a 60 minute drive from Fort Myer’s Southwest Regional International Airport, 1 hour drive from Naples and 2 hours from Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Reserve your stay at Marina Villa 603 with unobstructed water views and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are amazing from this condo, the view is phenomenal and lazy days on the beach are so easy.  The sought after Marina Villas pool and grills are just outside your front door. Enjoy serenity and comfort as you view dolphins at play overlooking beautiful Pine Island Sound and South Seas Island Resort Yacht Harbor. You`ll find the view captivating, looking directly out to Pine Island Sound while watching boats come and go.

While this complex has finalized its hurricane remediation and is ready to host its first visitors, there may still be construction happening in the area and within South Seas Resort. There may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs. Building elevators are out of orders and are expected to be available in early 2024. Please message us prior to booking if you require elevator access and we can confirm if the elevators are available at that time.

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Beach Villas complex, including 2 heated pools, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining at the Keylime Bistro, Mucky Duck, and more! No need to drive!

Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay.

Guest Access:
Please note that guests of this Marina Villa will not be granted access to the greater South Seas Resort amenities, rather they will be afforded access to the onsite amenities at the Marina Villas community. This includes a pool, grilling area, and space in the South Seas Marina if guests desire to bring a boat (at additional cost through the resort). Guests will also have access to all of the beaches in South Seas Resort, Doc Fords Restaurtant at the South End, the ship store, and the entire grounds of the resort. They will not have access to the trolley, pool with slide, Harborside restaurant, or Sunset Beach Bar.
