Room was falling apart. Bathroom door had been kicked in and would not open and close properly. Housekeeping would have noticed this in cleaning the room but nothing was done. The room bar lights didnt work and one of the doors was broken and was falling off the hinges. The whole hotel was more like a motel in its guest and managment approach. Ironically it had a Ruths Chris Steakhouse as the in house restaurant. I think a Popeyes fried chicken joint would be more fitting to quality level of this motel, oh my bad. this hotel!

Beautiful lobby, nice big room

The location was great! I could sense the effects of the pandemic on services. The initial room I was given had an unclose able bathroom door. After 3 trips to the front desk I was given another room. The bathroom in the 2nd room : the door dragged on the floor when closing, but was closeable; the bathroom fan did not work; one trash can was not leaned...had sticky substance in it.

Great place to relax off the road. Room service, etc. At first, my premium room I purchased via Travelocity showed as not available, and the Embassy Suites staff member offered me downgraded room, on a lower floor. I was not happy. However, the staff member made some calls, and found out that my premium room was indeed available, and ready. This was great, and I had a pleasant stay.
