Flight Review

Mar 20, 2020

Your crew was friendly and professional. Comfortable seats, even arrived early.

Mar 16, 2020

It was good

Mar 11, 2020

We were not allowed to bring our carry on. It had to be checked. While we were in row 5, other passengers walked past us carrying their carry on. What is purpose of that? Also, the wi-fi could not be accessed during the flight.

Mar 10, 2020

No frills anything.... not even a free glass of water.

Feb 29, 2020

I would diffently fly Delta airlines again. Very Happy with my flight.

Feb 17, 2020

Didn’t like the engine malfunction, but they got us on our way after a slight delay.

The seat didn’t recline and you had to pay for the snacks

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Jacksonville

Make your trip to Jacksonville a little bit easier by reading over these helpful security tips:

  • Security staff will expect to see your travel ID and boarding pass as part of their checks. Put them in an accessible place, ready for inspection.
  • You'll have to stop the music for a few minutes. Headphones need to be removed and placed in a bin for X-raying. The same applies to items such as belts and heavy jackets.
  • Electronics such as laptops, tablets and phones are always sent through the X-ray machine separately. Be sure to have them within easy reach.
  • When it comes to flying with liquids and gels, all passengers are permitted a quart-sized clear zip-lock bag to transport containers no larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters).
  • Loosen your shoelaces before entering the body scanner. Depending on what sort of shoes you've got on, security may instruct you to remove them.
  • Pack any pocketknives or other sharp items inside your checked luggage. Security won't allow these aboard the aircraft.
