Thank you for choosing our hotel for your recent stay in town. We appreciate the location was convenient for your needs and the hotel met your needs for the value. The deposit is returned at departure for all rooms, the disclaimers were so we are upfront about the HVAC system and deposit. We have great amenities, an onsite Bistro, outdoor (seasonal) pool, fitness room, full restaurant shares the same parking lot, free shuttle service to Metro only, fridge/microwave and coffee maker are standard nowadays in rooms. Travelers have cell phones, because of damaged wire in the wall, that cannot be repaired is why that one room does not have a phone.
