Hotel is run down. Room smelled of old cigarette smoke covered by cleaner perfume. Carpet and bedspread were spotted with old stains.

While I was checking in another guest walked into the lobby and started yelling at the desk manager. The desk manager yelled back. I asked him to finish checking me in but he ignored me and continued to argue with the other guest. Their argument continued for 10 minutes.
