Bathroom was dirty. Floor and shower had hair all over it. When I told the front desk. He didn’t apologize only said he would have someone clean floor. Mold on ceiling in shower

The breakfast buffet was $15. It had a beautiful picture going in so I bought a ticket. There were only four “hot” foods. It started at 6:30 and I was there at 6:35. Soggy cold wheat pancakes. Turkey sausage that was also cold and looked like it has been used the last week. Potatoes which I didn’t touch and fruit, most was rotten and old. When I realized I was going to only get a cold breakfast, I gave up and drank milk.

I liked the fact the staff got me checked in quickly and gave adequate directions. Didn't overwhelm me with information and continued to assure othwr waiting guests he'd be right with them.
