There was chips on the floor when I arrived in the room. We were able to change rooms. But my old room card was automatically canceled, which made moving rooms vary difficult, especially when you have young children with you. Front desk never offered any assistance and never offered anything for my inconvenience. The pool was nice.

Everyone we came in contact was beyond helpful and friendly . Took advantage of the free shuttle to downtown. One minor issue for me personally was bedroom window overlooked the lobby . I wasn’t sure if everyone could see in. Outside of of that everything great.

Everything about the hotel was 5 stars except nowhere do they disclose (even when you click on details) that the hotel is valet only and it costs $25.00. The $ 25 valet only should be part of the site description. Would have still stayed here the felt blindsided by this extra charge.
