Hakuna Matata EP629 is a beautiful modern home! On the ground floor you will find the first two suites. To the left, the first offering a king and sleeper sofa. Complete with kitchenette and full bath. To the right, the second offers a twin over queen bunk bed, kitchenette and full bath, and a door leading out to the pool. Upstairs, to the left side, the two bedroom suite. The first is a king, with a full bath. The second offers two bunks with a full bath. Complete with a kitchenette. To the right, you will find the main living space. Offering a king suite and full bath. There is also a washer and dryer, half bath, full kitchen, a living room with ample seating and a sleeper sofa in this space. Plan a multi-family or generational getaway with quick access to town and a short cart drive to the beach. There is a lift to help bring luggage and groceries to the second floor! Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100+tax per day for the duration of your stay. Please mention when making reservations!

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Great house
The house was great, I was surprised cause we all had separate little houses but functioned good. The pool was awesome to have. The only thing was no beach toys and if they were in the garage there were no instructions or keys to access them. Overall great stay and location.

First time to Port A
This was our first time to Port A. The stay was a great experience, it almost lost a star, because of the Sparta condition of the property. No way to rinse your mouth in the bathroom, one hand towel for 2 people in the bathrooms, there were no games or decks of cards as listed and the weather was damp a lot causing a need to stay in. The pool needed some attention to make it a plus for the property. The elevator was a real plus for older folks and moving provisions to the second floor kitchen. The local grocery, IGA, is well stocked and made up for any missing items. The kitchen is ok, but the dishwasher needs an update. Door leans down and dumps dishes. The 5 families overall liked the property and the comments are meant to make it a spectacular property. An early checking, say at 3pm would have been a nice touch, but understand turning a properly around may require the later time. Highly recommend a golf cart rental. We were unsure of it value initially, but ended up using it a lot. Have a Great Summer, Jim

Relax and refresh
This is an amazing place to stay with friends and family. The layout is pretty cool, it’s like four condos under one roof. It worked so well for our group and gave everyone more privacy. Each room has its own bathroom which made it so nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Family get together
The property was wonderful for everyone having their own space but still having a large area for everyone to gather. We loved the pool. It was perfect for small children with a shallow end that they can stand up in and steps on both end and in the middle. We loved all the areas that the family could gather outside and the large living area inside. We will definitely book the house again.

Perfect place for multiple families
Perfect house for a multiple couples and a couple with kids. 4 different units with a main house for everyone to be together. Beds were comfortable and amenities were good. Kitchen needs to be reorganized but that might just be my OCD! There’s an elevator to bring all your things up and down the stairs. We only used it for our initial arrival and departure and was thankful for it. Location is good and neighborhood was quiet. Will stay at this location again.

Extended Family Getaway
Property layout was perfect with rooms set up like mini apartments with kitchenette and bathrooms for each. Only a short golf cart ride to the beach. Elevator didn’t work upon arrival and even after a maintenance call was never operational. Garbage in outside can had not been emptied in some time. Pool was a great bonus after being at HOT beach all day. Would stay again when bringing a large party.

Great rental
The property was very clean. Appeared to be newly renovated. 4 seperate living quarters which was great for family privacy. Location was great! Kitchen well equipped for basic needs. Pool was clean and great for kids. Very pet friendly. Wireless connection was very weak. In rooms near pool we had zero signal. Fantastic TVs in every area, but could not use them on lower level rooms. Highly recommend better wi-fi service or get wifi extenders in all areas. Also, may want to consider a pest control service. We bought bug spray to kill fire ants near pool and bugs in lower floor rooms. Including large palmetto bugs that were fearless and wanted us out of their house. Property manger was very responsive and very good with communicating availability and checkout intructions.
