Breakfast is worst among all hotels I have stayed that offered it. No healthy choices; only fruit was small, dried up, and spotted oranges. Gym very small and cramped with equipment. Treadmill jerks and is unsafe to run on. Pool and spa off the corner of a parking lot, exposed to foot traffic and feels unsafe to use.

The property itself is beautiful the rooms the breakfast staff and security were all respectful I guess but made us feel uncomfortable like we weren't good enough to be guest here after I payed for 4 days in advance. The room has no towels in the restroom or anywhere inside our room. Its says online u get slippers that's a lie I didn't see slippers anywhere. I had to go look for a worker to ask for some because the maids weren't nowhere in sight.i got a few. Then upon checking out I was charged for damaging 2 towels that I had in my car they were stained so I used them to mop the floor because it was sticky and felt nasty on my bare feet. IT WASNT FAIR I DIDNT WANT TO ARGUE SO I LEFT IT ALONNE. BUT THEY TOOK $24 OUT OF MY DEPOSIT WITHOUT VERIFING...I was in room 122 by the way.

i got my gym bag stolen from the guests wash and dryer room when i left it on top of the dryer unattended for 20mins! The worst is that there were cameras in place but the staff did not know or did not want to check it and resolve right away so be careful when staying there !

Property was convenient and pool was clean and heated; that’s where the positives end. When we went to get our breakfast we were told it was $15 extra for our 17yo, despite us having booked for him on our reservation. The $15 breakfast was the equivalent of a standard, FREE, hotel breakfast…scrambled eggs, sausage, bread for toast and a waffle machine. When I asked at the front desk why we had been told at check in and in our reservation that breakfast was included, we were told when we went that the cost was $15. The man at the desk was rude and dismissive. He stated that the child was too old for the included breakfast. Beware when you book that breakfast is of poor quality and not worth $15…there are plenty of other options around.
