Always happy at the Omni - apart from their policy when they have low occupancy and they try and cut pool and staff hours. 4/5 so close to getting a 5 with a few more guest focused policies.

We picked this expensive property so we could use the lazy river and water slides but unfortunately it was cold and rainy the days we were at the hotel. The gold was great. It was quiet and clean. Loved the fire pits. Cons: The bathroom fan didn’t work and hotels should always make bathroom doors more solid for privacy 😂 Screen door was very stubborn /jammed. Front desk didn’t give us a very good orientation to our location/map/property of where to find things. Didn’t know there would be a $40 daily resort fee and parking fees too (they told us at check out). Luckily they waived our parking fee.
