"LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Excellent views and ocean air. A real treat you won't want to leave. It is shameless that the elevator is still not fixed- perhaps the ADA needs to be notified. I saw a woman sheltering from the wind in a wheelchair that had been waiting for a room for "more than two hours". She had to wait for a room on the first floor because the elevator was not working. I'm 80 years old and had to carry my luggage up the stairs. My heart had a hard time. Terrible in a facility that charges premium rates."

"The property is in a nice location. It is very close to the beach for great views, and low tide tidal pool exploration. It is also in a convenient proximity to the Redwood forests. We were able to explore the forest as close as 20 minues away, and alo went further along the beautiful highway 101 south for hours of amazing Redwood exploration. We had text and phone contact before the stay with the owners, and they were very nice and helpful with their suggestions for places to see, and what to do. The place was clean and well equiped for a short or ling star, inclusding laundry. We really appreciated the directions they left, " don't do the laundry, take out the trash, or do the dishes...just enjoy your stay, thats our job!" We did clean througj a bit, and dishes, and generally made sure it wasn't a mess, but thats who we are, and would do anyway. We have been many places that are a bit ridiculous obout what the expect as far as cleaning, etc. upon checkout, so we loved to be told to just chill, and dont worry. The only thing that we would have anything negative to say, is that the living room furniture is a bit dated, undersized, and not comfortable. That quick change out of that furniture would mekr the place just that much better. There one little complaint, the dining and shopping options in crescent city are not great,place, great price when qe booked it, probably not always, and we would recommend it for aa 3 or 4 person fa!mily to be comfortable. It was a great vacation"

"My favorite part was definitely the location where I could see sunset from dining table and walk across the street to the beach. Nice big garage to park vehicle too, as well as driveway parking. Nice little sitting area out front. Older home with darker bedrooms, but just sleeping there anyway. Too many great things to do outdoors! Didn’t cook much, but kitchen seemed well supplied."

"Stayed in the house due to its close proximity to The Trees of Mystery. Great local food. Also visited the Aquarium while saying."
