The sliding door in my room was not able to close all the way. It made it very difficult to sleep. The area is walkable during the day. The nights included a ton of yelling outside and sirens constantly. The hotel elevators are supposed to need a key to work at night. One does not so the security is sketchy at best. Be sure to pull your room door closed tight behind you.

The entire complex smelled like sewer gas. Hopefully that is a temporary issue. But overall the property is run down and icky. The wall paper in the bathroom had throw up stains on the wall. The hairdryer get shorting out, and nothing felt clean. I rarely leave reviews.. only if things are excellent or awful. This was awful.

No sleep and paid for no breakfast!
Front desk staff not helpful and didnt provide information needed. The hotel was happy to keep money from a single mom after failing to inform of long breakfast wait when customer stated she had early flight out. Hotel kept money for services not rendered. Front desk clerk Xanda was incredibly rude and they informed us they would refund money for breakfast if we hadnt booked through hotels.com. said it was our fault for not booking direct. Hotels.com said theyd call hotel to see if theyd refund breakfast not eaten and frojt desk told hotels com that theyd stick to charges paid and not used. Had to pay twice for breakfast for family. Nothing exciting about this hotel. Have to stay in denver a lot and will never stay here again. Certainly not worth hearing emergency vehicles 6 times in one night, due to locatiok as well.

Was not happy at all. The hot tub was broke down. I went on 3 levels for ice. None of the ice machines were working. And then we were supposed to have breakfast at 6 o'clock and no one was there and they said the person To start breakfast Was not there yet very disappointing with the whole Stay A c heat unit made noise all night bad experience. Would be nice to get money back to tell you the truth. If Nothing is done I will never use hotel.com again.
