I was charged $100 more at hotel than Travelocity booked rooms for Im not talking about deposit actually room rate

The bed had a huge concave in it on one side. Very old mattress. No drinking water available in the hotel. No bottled water for sale or complimentary. Was told they are in between vendors so the vending machines on each floor were sold out. I get the feeling it’s been that way for an extended time. Do yourself a favor, go pay the extra $20 and stay at the doubletree hotel next door.

Horrible experience. We booked our room for the night in the early afternoon. We arrived to check in late, around 11PM. When we arrived, the hotel did not have a room for us. The hotel gave our room away to another guest. They did not call to inform us of this. The manager told us that she did not know what happened. It was 11PM, and we did not have a room. All rooms in Denver were booked. We had to drive hours to get another room. The room rates increase as availability decreases, because we booked early in the day we got a great rate. They replaced our booking with someone who showed up last minute, and were able to change them triple what we paid. My card was charged at time of booking and I have yet to receive a refund. Stay here and risk not having a place to sleep.

I enjoyed the area of the hotel. It’s not far from a lot of things. I also liked that they have balconies. What I disliked was the smell of the hotel. As soon as we walk into the lobby from outside or step outside our room door it smelled like a dirty bathroom, or porter potty. Not sure if they were having sewer issues or what...

The hotel is very nice and the staff is great. The only thing was I didn’t think my room was the cleanest. I found hair on one of the beds and one of my towels had grass on it. And our bathtub did not drain.
