I stayed in room 247 which appeared to be recently updated with new carpet and flooring and paint. However the heat worked sporadically. I had to open the door to let cold air in just to offset the heat when it worked. The charging stations on the desk did not work I had to unplug the alarm clock to charge my iPad. The deadbolt didn’t work and the security latch only had one out of three screws holding it on the frame of the door. The overall cleanliness of the room was fine however it’s on the backside of the building and a little sketchy at dark with the outside light bulb being out. I would not of felt comfortable if I was a female or for my sister or daughter to have stayed here without me. I only stayed one night and for $70 I expected at least a working heat/AC unit and working power station to charge my phone and iPad at the same time. Hotel staff was very friendly At check in but the maintenance man needs to get back to work fast. Also two trains pass through one around midnight and the other one closer to 5 AM walls are very thin you can hear people unloading cars in their alarm beeps when they set them. In fairness to the hotel cost is minimal so I didn’t expect much but the basics need to be at least a minimum standard.

Room has bedbugs. Was bitten. Left because I couldn’t sleep. Went to front desk and no one was there.

Room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel appeared to be an older one, so the outside appeared a little old/dated, but the property was maintained. This was fine for just a quick stay over for one night, while traveling.

The room was nice and updated. The bed was comfortable. There were not enough easily accessible electrical outlets where I needed them. The channels on TV were not sufficient. There was no ice machine on every floor.

The room was absolutely beautiful; however, the shower was rather difficult. The hot was too hot, but as soon as I turned on a little bit of cold water, the water coming out of the shower was freezing.
